To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. The following conditions apply:

  • Skirts, Shorts, T-Shirts & Tops must be free from stains, odors, or signs of wear.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
  • Customized or altered items cannot be refunded.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are exempt from refunds, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to improper use or care
  • Products returned after the 30-day window
