4. Refund Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your Skirts, Shorts, T-Shirts & Tops, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Defective or incorrect items must be reported to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs.
- Sale items and final sale products are non-refundable unless defective.
