Step 1: Order Confirmation & Tracking Number
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email from [email protected]. This email includes your unique order number. After your items are packed and shipped, we will send you a second email containing your tracking number and the name of the carrier (e.g., USPS, DHL, FedEx, or local postal service). Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
Step 2: Track Your Package via Carrier Website
You can use your tracking number directly on the carrier’s official website. Simply visit the carrier’s tracking page, enter your tracking number, and view the real-time status of your shipment. Common carriers we work with include:

Step 3: Use a Third-Party Tracking Service (Recommended)
If you prefer to track all your packages in one place, we recommend using 17TRACK, a reliable and free third-party tracking platform. It supports over 1,700 carriers worldwide and provides detailed updates in multiple languages.
How to use 17TRACK:
- Go to https://www.17track.net/en
- Enter your tracking number in the search bar on the homepage.
- Click the “Track” button. The system will automatically detect the carrier and display the latest status, including origin, transit points, and estimated delivery date.
- You can also download the 17TRACK mobile app (available for iOS and Android) to receive push notifications for any changes in your shipment status.
Other trusted third-party options include PackageRadar and AfterShip, which offer similar functionality.
Step 4: What to Do If Tracking Shows No Update
It is normal for tracking information to take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment. If your tracking number still shows no results after 48 hours, or if the status has not changed for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Include your order number and tracking number in the email, and we will investigate the issue with the carrier on your behalf.

- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. EosChiton is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to customs processing, weather, or other unforeseen delays.
- For international orders, you may need to pay customs duties or taxes. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
